I'm Becky, a creative consultant based in Cheshire, just outside Manchester. I work with organisations to build better cultures, navigate change and unlock creative thinking, through training, consultancy and facilitation. In the room or online.
What I do
Training.
I work with businesses that know developing people builds stronger teams. Mostly that's leadership training. I'm also passionate about creativity, which big businesses tend to lose, so I train teams to think differently and build the habits that keep ideas coming.
Insight and ideas.
I talk to your customers, find out what's really going on and tell you what to do about it. Then I get your team making ideas and shaping the best into concepts you can test. Got something to crack fast? That's a sprint. I've used the same approach to turn company values into everyday behaviour and to design onboarding.
Facilitation.
Sometimes it's part of a bigger piece of work, sometimes it's the whole thing. I get a room on the same side quickly, make sure everyone's heard and keep it light enough that people say what they really think. Then I help the group land it: what matters, what they agree on and what they're taking away.
about me
I spent seven years at ?What If!, the global innovation consultancy, doing the work and teaching it. On projects, that meant customer insight, new ideas and concepts to test. In the Learning practice, it meant training people in the way we did it, which is where I found how much I love helping people learn. Then came a couple of brand strategy jobs, which took me to New Zealand and back. In 2019 I went independent, so I could keep doing varied work with good people, on my own terms.
with & for is how I work. With you and for you, whether that's inside something you've already built or creating something new. And with people, because I'm happiest in a room, not squirrelled away on my own.

I work directly with organisations and L&D teams, as well as partnering with fellow consultants and specialist agencies.

I'll come in as your external facilitator or trainer. I get properly under the skin of it first: the audience, what you want people to take away, how your business talks. Then I deliver it so it feels like part of your world, not an outsider reading from a script.
Starting from scratch?
I design it and deliver it. We start with the problem, I build the thing with your team, and then I'm in the room running it.
